To expedite the process, we request that you provide evidence of the damage, which assists us in swiftly addressing the issue.
c) To uphold the quality and integrity of our offerings, we are unable to process returns for items that have been utilized, washed, or sustained damage, whether by the customer or if the item was already on sale.
