To expedite the process, we request that you provide evidence of the damage, which assists us in swiftly addressing the issue.
c) To uphold the quality and integrity of our offerings, we are unable to process returns for items that have been utilized, washed, or sustained damage, whether by the customer or if the item was already on sale.
d) To ensure the smooth processing of returns, it’s essential that the item be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by all tags and labels. It’s important to note that we retain the right to decline a return if these conditions aren’t met.
