1- What are your delivery times?

Our aim is to have your order delivered within 1 to 3 business days. However, actual delivery times may vary depending on your location.

2- Can I return lingerie items?

We understand the importance of hygiene. As such, we can only accept returns on lingerie items if they were shipped to you damaged. Please refer to our return policy for more details.

3- How do I initiate a return for a damaged item?

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Kindly provide proof of the damage to expedite the process.

4- Can I return items that have been used or washed?

Unfortunately, for quality assurance reasons, we cannot process returns for items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.

5- What if the item was on sale? Can I still return it?

Our return policy applies to all items, whether on sale or not. We are unable to accept returns for items that do not meet our return criteria.
